Solar Energy Service Models
This service involves installing solar rooftop systems to generate electricity for internal consumption, focusing on reducing the client's budgetary and management burdens.
Rental Model: The customer pays a fixed monthly service fee as agreed in the contract. There are no responsibilities for initial investment costs or maintenance.
PPA Model: The customer pays for electricity based on the actual units (kWh) produced and consumed. This helps mitigate the risk of electricity price hikes from the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA).
Differences Between Rental and PPA Models
When choosing a service, customers can consider the differences of each model as follows:
Rental Model
Initial Investment: 0 THB
Service Fee: Fixed monthly rate
Maintenance: Included (No maintenance costs for the customer)
Ownership Transfer: Ownership is transferred to the customer at the end of the contract
PPA Model
Initial Investment: 0 THB
Service Fee: Paid based on actual electricity units produced and consumed
Maintenance: Included (No maintenance costs for the customer)
Ownership Transfer: Ownership is transferred to the customer at the end of the contract
Installation Conditions
