Painting - Robot Solution (Industrial Robot)
Robots paint precisely specified layers economically and quickly. By applying paint uniformly and consistently, the total material waste is reduced. High painting speed has a positive effect on productivity and final financial results.
Robotization of the Painting Process
By introducing robotics into the production process, you can achieve the following:
1. Improved economic indicators
2. Enhanced quality
3. Optimized production processes
4. Improved employee safety
Industrial robots apply paints, varnishes, and adhesives, and label products. Before starting work, operators configure the software and set the necessary painting parameters such as painting range width, spray zone coordinates, paint and varnish supply pressure, and application frequency.
When painting large-sized items, the robot moves around them (in a circle or along a linear axis (track)). The robot grasps car wheels and other 3D parts, places them in a special painting chamber, rotates them, and applies the desired paint layer. If necessary, parts are placed in a high-temperature polymerization chamber after coating. Grilles and moldings are painted directly on the conveyor, with products passing through the painting chamber along the way.
In all cases, consistent high-quality coating is provided without contamination or excessive material usage.
A fully integrated system allows various stages of production to be linked with a user-friendly graphical interface, a complex process tracking system, memory backup, and remote access. Thus, manufacturers can gain maximum benefits from the implementation of robotic solutions.
