The Mitutoyo SMART VISION SYSTEM QM-Fit is a compact vision measuring machine designed for instant, easy, and efficient measurement of thin and small objects. The system is "ACCESSIBLE" with a user-friendly 15.6-inch touch panel, guide display, and automated reference axis setting, enabling anyone to measure with confidence and providing instant pass/fail judgment. Its "COMPACT" design (366 x 407 x 621 mm, 25 kg) offers a wide measuring range of 115 x 75 mm and a long focal depth lens for clear imaging of objects up to 36 mm in height without refocusing. Equipped with a 20-megapixel color CMOS camera, it provides digital magnification up to 100 times with a measurement accuracy of ±10 µm and repeatability of 2σ ≤ 4 µm, making it ideal for precise quality control in various worksite environments.
