ORION's "ICE Clean Air System" consists of the refrigerated air dryer "ICE HAS series" and clean air filters, achieving a supply of clean compressed air. The HAS series air dryer features low pressure loss and an energy-saving design thanks to its integrated SUS shell heat exchanger, and uses environmentally friendly R407C/R410A/R134a refrigerants. It is a heavy-duty specification capable of operating in harsh environments with ambient temperatures up to 43°C, and enhanced corrosion resistance and gas leak prevention are achieved through nickel-plated copper pipes. It achieves a dew point temperature of 3-15°C and a pressure loss of 0.015 MPa or less, significantly reducing annual power loss compared to competitors' products. The clean air filters include: HAS-D, which removes water droplets and 5µm solid particles; HAS-L, which removes 99.999% of 1µm solid particles; HAS-M, which removes 99.999% of 0.01wt ppm oil mist and 0.01µm fine particles; and HAS-K, which removes odors. All of them feature low pressure loss and are equipped with float-type automatic drain traps. These products support a wide range of applications, from general painting to precision machinery and cleanrooms. A model selection guide, based on inlet air temperature and pressure, is also provided for optimal system configuration. A full range of accessories, such as automatic drain traps and remote control functions, is also available.
