Hitachi BEBICON compressors are a highly reliable product group with cumulative shipments of over 3 million units. Since their birth in 1946, they have incorporated oil-free, package, scroll, and inverter technologies and are utilized in a wide range of fields such as industry, engineering, metal processing, mining, and construction. As main products, Oil-Free Bebicon (0.4-11kW) achieves high performance and durability through its high-cooling head, I-shaped stainless steel reed air valve, heat-insulating piston pin, and specially shaped piston rings. Oil-Lubricated Bebicon (0.75-15kW) offers the new V series, which is compact and easy to maintain. Oil-Free Scroll Air Compressors (1.5-33kW) are low-noise (45dB[A] at 1.5kW), low-vibration, space-saving, and easy to maintain with no oil changes required. Oil-Free Booster Bebicon (1.5-11kW) contributes to annual energy savings of 180 MWh and a 16% reduction in CO2 emissions through localized pressurization. Package Bebicon (0.75-11kW) is the NEXT series equipped with IE3 motors. The M-type achieves up to 40% energy savings with the new ECOMODE control, while the V-type maintains discharge pressure at ±0.03 MPa through inverter-driven constant pressure control, also achieving lower noise. Energy saving is pursued through various control methods such as Auto Unloader, Pressure Switch, PUSC, Inverter, Multi-Drive, and ECOMODE. Further improvements in operational efficiency and energy savings are made possible by centralized control of up to 8 units using BEBICON ROLLER (BR-1M).
