The COSMO DF-R280 Digital Flow Meter is a versatile instrument designed for a wide range of applications, from in-line testing to laboratory use, offering high accuracy of ±1% of reading for flow ranges of 1 L/min or more. It features a large, intuitive LCD touch-screen display with icon-based menus for easy navigation and configuration, supporting English, Japanese, and Chinese languages. The device allows for real-time monitoring of test pressure and flow via charts and offers various Hold functions, including Direct, Max, Min, and Peak-to-Peak, to capture desired data. Equipped with standard Temperature, Line Pressure, and Atmospheric Pressure Sensors, the DF-R280 provides compensation features for enhanced accuracy, with a Line Pressure Sensor accuracy of ±0.2% of F.S. + 1 digit and an Atmospheric Pressure Sensor accuracy of ±0.5% of F.S. + 1 digit. It supports a broad flow range from 10 mL/min to 500 L/min using laminar flow sensors, with up to 16 ranges for 8 laminar flow tubes, and can handle various flow and pressure units. Data collection is streamlined through a USB port for CSV output, and an optional 16G internal memory enables FTP functionality via Ethernet. The meter also includes a digital filter (1 to 50) for stable measurements and user span adjustment for desired flow rates. Application examples include high-accuracy flow measurement for labs, flow and leak tests for automotive parts, gas equipment, valves, medical devices, and pumps and pipes. The DF-R280 is a robust solution for precise flow measurement and analysis, weighing approximately 8.2 kg with dimensions of (W) 283 x (H) 189 x (D) 382 mm, and operates within a temperature range of 5 to 45 °C.
