The COSMO LS-1866 is a compact and lightweight differential pressure type air leak tester, engineered for superior operability and cost performance in manufacturing. This advanced instrument boasts a high sensitivity 0.1Pa display and supports a broad spectrum of test pressure ranges, including Low (MAX95kPa, 10-95kPa), Medium (MAX800kPa, 50-800kPa), Vacuum (MAX-100kPa, -5 to -100kPa), High (MAX990kPa, 100-990kPa), and High (MAX1.5MPa, 0.5-1.5MPa), with a differential pressure display range of ±999Pa and a proof pressure of 5MPa. Its core functionality includes a Master-Preset feature that intelligently extracts true leakage by compensating for drift and noise, significantly improving production throughput and reducing cycle times. The LS-1866 offers multi-channel capability, supporting up to 16 channels to accommodate various specifications, and provides leak rate display in mL/min, calibrated via a Leak Master. Technical enhancements include a Noise Reduction mode that minimizes variability through repeated measurements, and a mechanism to prevent exhaust interference when multiple testers are used simultaneously. For operational convenience, it features a front-panel Leak Calibration port for easy leak rate verification and a Quick Attachment Bracket for swift installation. Data output is facilitated via an RS-232C serial port, and the system incorporates two-staged limit setting for precise NG judgment, self-diagnosis through blow checks, and an air cleaning circuit to protect workpieces from water or oil. The pneumatic circuit is optimized for minute volume applications, requiring clean air for its pressure and pilot sources (400-700kPa). Operating on AC100-240V (70VA power consumption), the LS-1866 maintains accuracy within ±2.5% of reading +1Pa (above 50Pa) or +2Pa (0-50Pa) and weighs approximately 6.3kg, designed for 5-40°C and up to 80% RH.
