For enhanced data management and connectivity, the device incorporates a USB port, while its sensor section is designed for close placement to the target capsule, optimizing measurement accuracy. Technically, the LS-R740SS offers exceptional performance with a resolution of 0.1 Pa and an accuracy of ±2.5% of reading ±1 Pa, within a display range of ±999.9 Pa. It accommodates a wide array of test pressure ranges, such as 10-100 kPa, 50-700 kPa, and even vacuum conditions from -5 to 100 kPa, with a sensor proof pressure of 5 MPa. The system supports 32 independent test channels and timers up to 999.9 seconds, providing extensive testing capabilities. It is highly versatile, displaying leak coefficients (K(Ve)) in mL, L, in³, or ft³, and offering diverse units for both test pressure (e.g., kPa, MPa, PSI, bar, mmHg) and leak display (e.g., Pa, kPa, mL/s, L/min, Pa m³/s). Data communication is robust, featuring RS-232C for transmitting test parameters and results, and a USB port for comprehensive data and parameter management. The unit operates on 100-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz, within an ambient temperature of 5 to 45 °C and humidity below 80% RH. Customizable options include various ALC volume displacements (0-0.1 mL, 0-0.01 mL), panel mounting configurations, and selectable sensor sensitivities (e.g., Ks = 0.005 mL/kPa), ensuring adaptability for stringent quality control in manufacturing micro-components across various industries.
