These systems boast significantly increased wheel load capacities compared to conventional models, with Curiform Placon Wide II (KWA and KWC types) offering 1.2 to 1.4 times higher capacity and Curiform Placon II (KKC and KCC types) achieving an impressive 3.8 to 4.5 times increase, all while maintaining equivalent impact load resistance. The modular design allows for easy assembly, disassembly, and replacement of individual components, simplifying maintenance and cleaning. Wheels are constructed with a stainless steel outer layer and an inner layer of either antistatic polyethylene (PE) or conductive polypropylene (PP), catering to diverse operational environments, including those sensitive to static electricity. Frames are made from highly corrosion-resistant plated steel sheets or SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring robust structural integrity. The product line includes various types like KWA (φ41.3 wheel diameter), KWC (φ18 wheel diameter), and KCC/KKC (φ15 wheel diameter), available in standard lengths of 2400mm and 3000mm, as well as custom cut lengths, with specific wheel pitches to suit different conveying needs.
