CREFORM 42mm
Yazaki's φ42 Erector series is a versatile pipe and joint system, featuring the largest 42mm pipe diameter for robust structural applications. The pipes consist of a steel core (0.7mm or 0.9mm thick) coated with plastic, ensuring durability, lightweight properties, rust resistance, and cleanliness. Available pipe types include standard round (HL), spiral (HLC), conductive (HLGA) for ESD applications, and pearl silver (HLPS), with HLGA and HLPS designed for metal joints. The system uses iron metal joints, secured by bolts and nuts for easy, reusable assembly. These joints come in cation-coated black or nickel-plated silver, with the latter offering conductivity for static-sensitive environments. A key advantage is its cross-compatibility with the φ28 Erector system via specialized cross-diameter metal joints, expanding design flexibility. Various joint configurations are available, requiring specific metal wrenches (EK-10/EK-11) for installation. Technical data highlights significant strength: φ42 Erector pipes support a maximum load of 1860N (approx. 190kgf) over a 900mm span, and metal joints provide clamping forces up to 980N (approx. 100kgf) and bending loads up to 1960N (approx. 200kgf) under specified conditions (e.g., M6 bolt torque of 9.8N·m). Complementary accessories include end caps, specialized adhesive, and pipe cutters.
