Yazaki's ESD Conductive Erector Color Conductive Pipe system is an optimal assembly material for constructing anti-static material handling equipment. It features bright light gray conductive resin-coated steel pipes (φ28, φ32, φ42, 4m length, resistance ≤ 10Ω) and nickel-plated metal joints (resistance ≤ 10Ω), offering a visually appealing and bright alternative to conventional dark conductive materials. The system provides flexible shapes and dimensions, adapting to diverse environments. A wide range of metal joints facilitates connecting pipes of various diameters, with robust pull-out strengths (e.g., 784N for φ42 LJ-1 fixed). Conductive casters with rubber wheels (φ50-φ150, resistance ≤ 10^6Ω, load capacity 25-200kg) are also available, including pipe-mounted types with end caps for assured conductivity. Complementary components support system expansion, enabling applications such as clean air booths, picking chutes, and anti-static workbenches.
