The IKEUCHI PON series rotary tank/duct cleaning nozzle features a unique self-retracting nozzle tip that protrudes by pressurized liquid for powerful interior wall cleaning of ducts and tanks. Its innovative design ensures a flat interior surface when not in use, enabling fixed installation, and offers easy installation and removal with a ferrule. Operating within a pressure range of 0.2-0.5 MPa, the nozzle delivers spray capacities of 40, 60, or 80 L/min at 0.3 MPa with an approximate rotation speed of 170 rpm. It provides a spreading length of 4,000-5,000 mm and a width of 1,600-2,100 mm at a 40° angle. Constructed from S304 stainless steel, PTFE, and FKM, it is designed to withstand temperatures up to 80°C and weak acid/alkaline solutions (3% or less). Comparative analysis highlights the PON series' superior pressure distribution across the entire surface, ensuring higher cleaning power than competitor products.
