The ES series Rotating Cleaning Nozzles are expertly designed for simple, compact, and sanitary Clean-In-Place (CIP) cleaning of tanks and containers. These nozzles operate without external power, driven solely by the cleaning fluid's flow, ensuring reliable rotation and efficient cleaning. Their compact design, with a minimum outer diameter of φ16mm, and minimal components facilitate easy maintenance and high hygiene standards, including self-cleaning capabilities and reduced dripping. Constructed from SUS316L, with PTFE used for shaft bearings, they offer durability and chemical resistance. The series provides a wide range of spray capacities, from 7 to 440 L/min at 0.3 MPa, across nine distinct models (01 to 5), making them suitable for various tank sizes. They operate effectively within a pressure range of 0.05 to 1.0 MPa, achieving a rotation speed of 120 rpm at 0.3 MPa. Available with pipe connection sizes from 1/8F to 1 1/2F (φ10.5 to φ50.8), these nozzles can be mounted in any orientation (sideways, upwards, or downwards). Technical highlights include an ingenious slit design that produces uniform 360°, 180° upward, or 180° downward spray patterns, effectively eliminating blind spots. Two connection types are offered: Thread (N) and Pin (P), with the Pin type providing a highly sanitary option by eliminating threads in the flow passage, preventing contaminant accumulation. These nozzles are ideal for comprehensive tank cleaning and internal storage area sanitation, with detailed performance data available for optimizing reach distance and spray capacity for specific applications.
