NDV Diaphragm Valves offer a comprehensive range of Weir Type (Type 400/4400) and Straight Type (Type 500/4500) valves, available in manually, pneumatically (ON-OFF and flow control with rolling diaphragm or piston types), and electrically operated configurations. Key features include superb airtightness, isolating the actuator from the fluid, zero leak from the valve seat due to flexible diaphragms, excellent corrosion and chemical resistance through diverse body and diaphragm materials (e.g., cast iron, stainless steel, various rubber and fluorine resin linings like PTFE, EPDM), good self-purifying performance with streamlined passages, and superb maintainability due to a simple three-part design. Technical specifications cover nominal sizes from DN15 to DN300, with maximum working pressure and applicable temperature varying by material combinations (e.g., rubber diaphragms up to 120°C, fluorine resin up to 151°C). Pneumatic actuators support NAMUR connections, and flow control types provide detailed Cv value characteristics. These valves are widely used across chemical, water treatment, steel, shipbuilding, medical, food, semiconductor, and power generation industries, with Weir types suitable for a broad range of fluids and Straight types ideal for viscous or slurry-containing media.
