This non-electrostatic coating system is perfect for applications in small robot setups, multi-area production lines, and for thin-film coating on items like smartphones. Key features include high paint transfer efficiency, achieved through a newly-developed, product-exclusive nozzle and air cap combination, which significantly reduces paint consumption and costs. The gun delivers remarkable thin-film quality and exceptional atomization thanks to its innovative coaxial nozzle structure. Running costs are further minimized by a durable needle/sheet structure designed for extended life even with frequent spray on/off cycles. Its compact and lightweight design, approximately 10% shorter in length and 30% lighter than previous models, enhances productivity by allowing a single robot to be efficiently deployed across multiple work areas. The AGB50 model features a specialized nozzle developed exclusively for bright metallic, pearl, and mica paints, while the AGB51 boasts an approximately 10% higher paint transfer rate compared to earlier models. Technical specifications highlight the AGB50 with a Φ1.0 mm nozzle diameter and a max discharge rate of 150 mL/min, and the AGB51 with a Φ1.1 mm nozzle diameter and a max discharge rate of 400 mL/min (at 20 mPa•s viscosity). Both models operate at a maximum paint and air pressure of 0.6 MPa. Dimensions are compact, with the AGB50 measuring W44 x H91 x L113 mm and the AGB51 W44 x H91 x L119 mm, each weighing 430 g with the air cap.
