【A Decade of Training Thai Employees in Japan — Over 60% of Our Workforce Has Hands-on Experience in Japan】

For more than ten years, we have maintained a training program through which Thai employees are assigned to our parent companies in Japan, Kyowa Kogyo and National Tool, for practical training and on the job experience.

Today, over 60% of our workforce has acquired hands-on experience in Japan. Drawing upon the knowledge and expertise gained through this program, our employees apply Japanese standards of manufacturing excellence, as well as Japanese working practices, directly in their day-to-day operations.

Through our continued commitment to human resource development, we aim to contribute to the advancement of Thailand’s manufacturing industry.
