President Greeting

Thank you very much for visiting the website of Kyowa NT (Thailand) Co., Ltd. My name is Masaaki Morozumi, and I serve as the company’s President.

Kyowa NT (Thailand) was established in 2013 in Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya, Thailand, as a joint venture between Kyowa Kogyo Co., Ltd. of Shizuoka Prefecture and National Tool Co., Ltd. of Nagano Prefecture, Japan. We specialize in precision machining and the manufacture of high-precision components.

Our key strength lies in machining difficult-to-cut materials that many other manufacturers may find challenging to process. By combining NC automatic lathes with machining centers, we provide one-stop support for complex, multi-process precision machining, from initial cutting through final finishing.

In September 2018, we obtained IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certification, establishing a quality management system capable of meeting the stringent standards required for automotive components.

Today, we provide mass-production machining and finishing services for a wide range of mechanical components, with automotive parts accounting for approximately 60% of our sales. Our team of 146 experienced employees responds flexibly and promptly to customer requirements, supporting projects from prototype development through mass production.

Another major advantage is our close collaboration with our Japanese group companies, Kyowa Kogyo and National Tool. Through this partnership, we are able to offer Japanese-quality technical solutions directly to customers in Thailand.
