For golf ball applications, we established the "12mm Golden Rule," which dictates that the print area should be within a maximum diameter of 12 millimeters.

During printing, the flexible silicone pad deforms to conform perfectly to the dimpled contours of the ball. This ensures that even intricate corporate logos or micro-scale lettering are transferred cleanly without stretching, cracking, or blurring.

As a result, the finished prints offer outstanding resistance to abrasion, moisture, mud, and mechanical shock on the golf course.
