We have a line-up of quality products of zinc-based rust-resistant and tin-based surface treatment chemicals. They are available to be manufactured and distributed. About Hot-dip aluminum plating
Chemical conversion treatment is a surface treatment technology that utilizes chemical reactions to form a functional film integrated with the base material on the surface of metal materials. Its main purposes are diverse, including improving corrosion resistance and wear resistance, enhancing adhesion for painting and bonding, and imparting lubricity and electrical insulation. Representative methods include phosphate treatment (parkerizing), widely used for improving corrosion resistance and as a paint base for steel materials; chromate treatment, which contributes to improving the corrosion resistance of aluminum and zinc (hexavalent chromium-free processes are now mainstream); and anodizing (alumite treatment), which enhances the corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and decorative properties of aluminum. These treatments are indispensable processes for improving product reliability in a wide range of industrial fields, such as automotive, electronics, construction, and aerospace.
