Dacrotized is a highly corrosion-resistant anti-corrosion treatment that forms a composite film primarily composed of non-electrolytic zinc and aluminum flakes. Unlike electroplating, there is no concern about hydrogen embrittlement, and it can be applied to high-strength steel materials. Its features include exhibiting excellent long-term anti-corrosion performance in salt spray tests, as well as superior heat resistance, chemical resistance, and weather resistance. Furthermore, its low environmental impact is also noteworthy because it does not contain hexavalent chromium. The main application methods are dip-spin and spray, and it is adopted in a wide range of fields where high anti-corrosion performance is required, such as bolts and nuts for automotive parts, architectural hardware, and outdoor components.
