About Aldine treatment (aluminum chromate)
Hot-dip galvanizing (small parts: nuts, etc.) is a surface treatment that forms a strong rust-preventive layer on small steel parts by immersing them in a molten zinc bath. It is particularly applied to threaded parts such as nuts and bolts, and due to its excellent corrosion resistance and sacrificial protection, it ensures long-term durability in outdoor and harsh environments. In the galvanizing of small parts, to prevent a decrease in the precision of threaded sections due to excessive zinc adhesion, centrifugal separation (spinning) treatment is generally performed immediately after withdrawal to remove excess zinc.
