About Acid pickling
Zinc (rack method) refers to a process in zinc plating, which is a type of electroplating, where workpieces are suspended on a dedicated jig (rack) for treatment. This method is suitable for parts with complex shapes and those requiring strict surface quality and uniform coating thickness. Compared to barrel plating, it is characterized by being less prone to scratches from contact between workpieces and offering superior appearance quality. It is widely used in various fields such as automotive parts, electrical and electronic components, building materials, and machine parts, for both rust prevention and decorative purposes. By passing direct current through an electrolytic bath and depositing zinc ions onto the workpiece surface, excellent corrosion resistance is imparted.
