About Muffler
Mufflers are exhaust system components that purify high-temperature exhaust gas emitted from internal combustion engines and reduce noise. They are widely used in automobiles, motorcycles, construction machinery, generators, and more. Their main functions are exhaust noise reduction (through sound absorption and resonance structures) and exhaust gas purification with an integrated catalytic converter. For materials, stainless steel and aluminum-coated steel sheets, which have excellent heat and corrosion resistance, are frequently used. Key manufacturing methods include complex bending using pipe benders, forming shells and internal structural components by pressing, and TIG or MIG welding to ensure high airtightness and durability.
