Their manufacturing requires ensuring reliability under high voltage, high temperature, and high pressure environments, making precision processing technology essential. Representative processing methods include laser welding and precision forging of precious metal tips on spark plug electrodes, ceramic sintering and grinding of insulators, winding and resin molding of ignition coils, and SMT mounting for ECUs.
