Equipment specialized for temperature measurement in manufacturing environments. Includes digital thermometers, infrared thermometers, thermocouple thermometers, contact and non-contact temperature sensors, and data logger thermometers. Used for temperature monitoring, recording, and control in quality control, process control, and safety management. As specialized temperature measurement instruments within measuring and testing equipment, they are clearly distinguished from other physical quantity measurement devices such as pressure gauges and flow meters.
