About Vacuum Forming Machine
Equipment that heats and softens thermoplastic resin sheets and forms them to molds through vacuum suction. A forming machine specialized for prototyping and small-lot production of plastic products, used for manufacturing prototypes of automotive parts, electronic device housings, packaging containers, etc. Features controllable heating temperature, vacuum pressure adjustment, and forming time settings, compatible with various resin sheets including ABS, acrylic, and PET. Requires lower initial investment compared to injection molding machines and enables reduced mold manufacturing costs. Optimal for sample production for shape confirmation, functional verification, and design evaluation during research and development stages.
