The Pollux PNEUMA-BLASTER, a brand new compact and stylish polishing system from Fuji Manufacturing, is designed to "polish the Quality" as part of their unique Sirius polishing system. It excels in microscopic rounding, polishing sophisticated shapes, and treating microscopic areas, compatible with all types of Sirius media. This versatile system is ideal for processing additive manufactured parts, enabling efficient removal of supports and interlaminar steps, and improving visualization or transparency. It polishes surfaces without scraping prominent features, quickly achieving desired dimensions for both resin and metallic molded parts. For molding dies, Pollux can process intricate shapes, blind holes, and corner areas, delivering a smooth surface finish while preserving the original surface profile. It also benefits cutting tools by removing droplets and performing microscopic rounding, which prevents peeling and chipping, extends tool life, and maintains workpiece finish. Operation is designed for ease and comfort, featuring a "sit and work" design and a large opening for easy loading and unloading of workpieces, ensuring good visibility. The system incorporates an HMI touch screen for blasting control, supplemented by a foot switch option and a timer function. A convenient shelf is provided for temporary storage. The handheld blast gun allows for precise, targeted processing. Maintenance is also simplified with an open-top structure that prevents abrasive media leakage, keeping the surrounding area clean. It includes a reverse-jet dust collector, easily maintained via the HMI, and allows for clean dust disposal using a vacuum cleaner. Mobility is enhanced by built-in casters. Technically, the Pollux series includes models like SFSRX-2-401 and SFZRX-2-401, all sharing a cabinet size of 1,408mm (H) x 653mm (W) x 921mm (D) and a door opening of 485mm (W) x 318mm (D). Weights range from approximately 160 kg to 180 kg, with a table withstanding load of 40 kg. They operate on a single-phase 100VAC (50Hz/60Hz) power supply, with maximum consumption up to 1,280W. Compressed air is supplied via a 1/2B (15A) inlet, with maximum consumption ranging from 0.75 to 0.93 m³/min (ANR) depending on the model and processing pressure.
