FUJI BLASTECH (THAILAND) CO., LTD. is the Thai subsidiary of Fuji Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a pioneer in air blast equipment in Japan. Based in Samut Prakan, we provide one-stop solutions for surface preparation/improvement needs at manufacturing sites in Thailand covering technical consultation, contract processing, and after-sales maintenance.

Fast response: 1 Japanese staff member and 6 Thai staff members onsite; spare parts stocked in Thailand to respond quickly to equipment issues.

Reduced maintenance time: blasting for screw cleaning at a plastic molding factory reduced work time to about 1/12, eliminated hazardous burner/wire-brush work, and prevented base material wear. 

Stabilized quality: for deburring glass fiber–reinforced resin, clients report, “Operation is simple, doesn’t depend on the operator, and delivers consistent quality.” 

Improved production efficiency: A process that previously required 60 seconds per piece using a manual machine was reduced to 10 seconds per piece after introducing an automated machine, resulting in a significant improvement in productivity. 

This means the processing time was shortened to one-sixth, allowing the production volume within the same time frame to increase by six times.

Representative Examples of Advanced Technologies 

SIRIUS-Z: A technology that achieves mirror-finish polishing on 3D shapes, fine grooves, and inner diameters without altering the original geometry. It helps address the shortage of skilled craftsmen. 

α Treatment / WPC Treatment: A fine particle peening technology that nanocrystallizes metal surfaces, improving fatigue strength and sliding performance. 

Gemini Treatment: A functional surface treatment that creates a special surface texture to suppress powder adhesion and enhance water drainage performance.
