First Quality Circuit Co., Ltd. is based in Rayong, Thailand, specializing in PCB manufacturing from prototype to mass production. The factory covers 88,000㎡, with a monthly capacity of 100,000㎡ and plans to expand to 300,000㎡. Certified with UL, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and scheduled to acquire IATF16949 in July 2025.

■ Business Description
Capable of producing from 2-layer to 100-layer PCBs, including HDI. Serving high-reliability applications in FA, communication, automotive, and medical sectors.
■ Technical Capability
Supports up to 100 layers, minimum board thickness of 0.15mm, minimum drill hole diameter of 0.15mm, drill tolerance ±0.02mm, and board thickness up to 6.5mm. MES and EAP systems are implemented for process automation and strict quality assurance.
■ Material Capability
Uses high-reliability materials from Shengyi, Nanya (Taiwan), Panasonic, ITEQ, KB, Rogers, Isola, Wazam, TUC, and can handle customer-specified materials.
■ Quality Control
100% inline AOI inspection for each layer, final AVI inspection, four-wire testing, lot guarantee tests, X-ray inspection, and cross-section analysis.
■ Production System
Monthly capacity of 100,000㎡, expanding to 300,000㎡. Equipped with 24 robot arms for automated handling, supporting flexible production from small to large lots.
