MAHLE’s electric PTC heaters are installed between the air intake module and cylinder head cover to prevent icing in the blow-by gas line. Utilizing PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) technology, these heaters provide self-regulating heat, preventing overheating while ensuring safety and efficiency. With a power range of 200 to 600 watts and modular configurations, they offer high adaptability and integration into modern engine designs.
