Our company performs a forging process for bolts ranging from M0.6 to M20, using a variety of materials such as iron, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, and copper, all of high quality and sourced from Japan, Taiwan, China, and Korea. After the forging process, we apply a brass + silver plating treatment to enhance the bolts' corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and aesthetics. In addition to trivalent chromate, iron zinc alloy, and electroless and electrolytic nickel plating treatments, we also perform heat treatments such as tempering, annealing, magnetic annealing, and chemical processing to further improve product quality.
