■Overview
Rolling contact fatigue tester is an advanced equipment for evaluating the durability of industrial materials. It is used in the Metal Materials Division of the Science and Technology Agency and the Life Expression Research Institute, and the load can be set in 150 kgf increments from 100 kgf to 1000 kgf. If defects such as cracks or peeling occur on the test piece, there is a program setting that automatically stops operation by accelerating the vibration of the load lever.
■Features
This testing machine provides high temperature test specifications up to 200℃. Any rotation speed can be set to accommodate a wide range of test speeds. Additionally, it has a wide selection of test forces and is equipped with casters for easy movement. This makes it possible to perform material tests under various environments.
■Specifications
The testing machine supports a sample size of φ60mm x 5mm, and can test φ9.525mm (3/8 inch) steel balls and #51 305 thrust bearing races. Equipped with a 6-digit x 200 counter, 0.2kW 3-phase induction motor, and requires AC200V (50/60Hz) power supply. The maximum test temperature is 200℃ and requires approximately 1 liter/min of cooling water.
