Features of SHG type hot air generator
- Excellent thermal efficiency
The heat source is made of mullite heat-resistant material and wrapped in a nichrome wire coil to directly heat the air, improving thermal efficiency compared to the sheathed heater method. This results in a highly efficient heater with low heat loss.
- Excellent cooling capacity
Our nichrome wire heater has a small heat capacity, so there is almost no need for cooling air operation when the machine is stopped.
On the other hand, in the case of a sheathed heater, the fan needs to run for about 30 seconds to 1 minute after stopping, but with our nichrome wire heater, the temperature drops in 0 to 10 seconds. This results in efficient operation and energy savings.
- Efficient structure
The heater wire's insulator has a special shape with extremely low air resistance (design registration pending) and a special grid for the air intake, resulting in an efficient and uniform temperature distribution.
- Noise reduction
The shape of the blower is not a plate type but a swept blade type turbo fan, so the blade diameter is small and the fan has excellent performance in terms of efficiency and noise.
- Easy operation
In particular, it can be easily operated using a microcomputer, making timer settings easy.
- Less installation space
The clean design with no protrusions allows it to be used effectively even in tight installation spaces.
