Features1) The Bio-clean Diaphragm Valve series is a sanitary specification product that makes the most of the features of diaphragm valves that have a structure that does not contaminate the fluid and a structure with excellent washability.
2) Since the flow path is completely isolated from the driving mechanism and the outside by the diaphragm, it has excellent airtightness and does not contaminate the fluid.
3) There are no pockets or liquid pools, and there are no gaps where bacteria can enter. In addition, the surface of the main body is buffed or electropolished, so that it does not adhere to the wall of the flow path, and even if it adheres, it can be easily removed by washing.
4) It has a simple structure consisting of three units, the actuator, diaphragm and main body, similar to general-use diaphragm valves. Since it is a top-entry system, maintenance work such as diaphragm replacement can be easily performed.
5) It is possible to select the drive part according to the application. In addition to manual operation type and pneumatic operation type, we also accept orders for flow control and electric operation types.
