OXISO treatment is a surface treatment technology specifically designed for press dies and forming punches, offering an innovative solution to conventional lifespan challenges. This technology combines OX-FSP treatment with advanced coating techniques to greatly improve wear resistance and adhesion. Additionally, it imparts residual compressive stress, reduces friction, and achieves substantial lifespan extension for dies. Applicable not only to press dies and forming punches but also to cutting tools and hole punches, it simultaneously improves mold maintenance efficiency and extends lifespan.
