CrN (Chromium Nitride) Coating Technology

DULA coating, based on CrN (Chromium Nitride), is an advanced surface treatment technology that delivers stable heat resistance and wear resistance even in high-temperature environments up to 800°C. CrN films created with PVD technology boast approximately 1.6 times the hardness (around HV1600) of wet hard chrome plating and offer superior durability. Additionally, CrN coatings exhibit excellent anti-sticking properties with non-ferrous metals, making them particularly suitable for tools used in processing copper and similar materials.
