HP Flock

HP Flock® is a revolutionary new processing technology that simplifies conventional electrostatic flocking while achieving equivalent performance.
Traditionally used in automotive glass run channels, HP Flock® enables the same function as electrostatic flocking through a special extrusion process, significantly reducing costs and improving environmental compatibility.
Electrostatic flocking involves applying adhesive to the product, then embedding fibers into the surface using electrostatic force—a process that is labor-intensive, creates cleanliness challenges, and adds cost due to being a secondary operation.
With its unique method, HP Flock® eliminates the need for masking or drying steps, offering substantial cost savings and greater process efficiency.
