Talay Technologyの真空充填機「Vacuum Filler Series」は、TF-130〜TF-340モデルまで、最大4,000kg/時の処理能力を備え、TL-01タッチパネル制御による高精度な食品充填を実現します。
■ 概要
Talay Technologyが開発・製造する真空充填機「Vacuum Filler Series」は、食品加工現場における高い精度と生産効率を追求した自動化機械です。CNC加工とサーボ制御を組み合わせた独自設計と、直感的な操作が可能なタッチパネル制御システム「TL-01」を搭載し、各種ソーセージやペースト製品に対応可能です。
充填システムにはベーンセル方式を採用し、製品中の気泡を抑え、なめらかで均一な質感を実現。さらに一部モデルでは、自動ポーション設定機能により、個々の製品サイズを正確に制御できます。
