ตรวจสอบ AOI แบบอินไลน์ 100% ทุกชั้น การตรวจสอบ AVI ขั้นสุดท้าย การทดสอบแบบ 4 สาย มีการทดสอบ Lot การตรวจสอบด้วย X-ray และการวิเคราะห์หน้าตัด

กำลังการผลิต 100,000㎡ ต่อเดือน แผนขยายเป็น 300,000㎡ ติดตั้งแขนกล 24 ชุด สำหรับการขนถ่ายอัตโนมัติ รองรับการผลิตแบบหลากหลาย ตั้งแต่ล็อตขนาดเล็กถึงขนาดใหญ่
