แผนการผลิตตาม Cycle Time ที่กำหนดไว้ โดยจะเริ่มนับจาก 0 เช่น Cycle Time คือ 30 วินาทีทุกๆ 30 วินาที Plan ก็จะเพิ่มทีละ 1

แสดงผลการผลิตที่ผลิตได้จริงสามารถรับ Input (On/Off Contact) ได้จาก Push Button , Photo Sensor, Barcode Scanner (Custom)

แสดงผลต่างระหว่าง Plan กับ Actual สูตรคำนวณคือ Plan ลบ Actual ผู้ปฎิบัติงานสามารถรู้ได้ว่าขาดอีกเท่าไหร่ ถึงจะได้ตามเป้าที่กำหนด

ในหน้าจอสามารถแสดงรูปชิ้นงานที่กำลังผลิตอยู่ หรือภาพเคลื่อนไหว

สถานะของเครื่องจักรว่าในขณะนั้นทำงานปกติ หรือเกิดปัญหาอะไรหรือไม่ เช่น Downtime, Break Time, Setup Time, Run
ข้อดีของระบบ Smart Production Monitoring ที่ใช้การแสดงผลขึ้นจอมอนิเตอร์ LCD หรือ ทีวี LED
• ทนต่อสภาวะแวดล้อม (Robust) ในโรงงานได้เป็นอย่างดีและมีความเสถียร (Stable)
• ใช้ระบบปฏิบัติการในเวลาจริง (RealTime Operating System : RTOS) ซึ่งเมื่อได้รับสัญญาณจากระบบเซนเซอร์สามารถตอบสนองได้ทันทีและแม่นยำ
• สามารถแสดงผลผ่าน LED Monitor หรือ LED TV ทำให้สามารถออกจากข้อจำกัดของการแสดงผลแบบ Fixed Display
