At our head office, we are carrying out an ultra-fast delivery prototype using a sand type 3D printer. Among them, it is possible to form a complicated circuit that could not be done in the past, and by using it as a shell core, it is possible to make highly functional cooling and hydraulic circuits function in the product!
Of course, we will deliver it to customers as a finished aluminum product. Our aluminum casting is
1) High pressure resistance (can withstand high hydraulic pressure such as brake fluid and hydraulic fluid)
2) High quality casting structure (no porosity, shrinkage or other casting defects)
3) High mechanical properties by T6 treatment (heat treatment)
4) Supports ultra-small quantities 1pc ~ !!
5) Material selection possible from various JIS materials (AC2A, AC2B, AC4A, AC4D, etc.)
