■Overview
Echograph 1095 is an inspection device that utilizes the latest digital ultrasonic inspection technology. This device supports product quality assurance through advanced functions such as Time Corrected Gain (TCG) and Back Echo Attenuation (BEA). In particular, it is suitable for use in situations requiring accuracy and reliability in corrosion inspection and various measurements.
■Features
The main feature of this inspection device is its ability to enable time-based gain adjustment and detailed analysis of back echoes. Additionally, equipped with a 7-inch TFT color display, inspection results can be viewed with clear images. Furthermore, the data storage function to an 8GB SD memory card facilitates the management of inspection data. Data transfer and analysis can also be easily performed via USB connection with a PC.
■Specifications
Echograph 1095 is equipped with a 320V continuously variable square wave pulser and allows automatic adjustment of pulse width according to the probe frequency. This enables it to flexibly adapt to various inspection conditions and achieve high inspection accuracy. Furthermore, pursuing ease of use for the device, it is designed to efficiently perform inspection work even in harsh environments.
