Air Duct Manufacturing Machine
A spiral tube manufacturing machine is a device that can produce tubes directly from material using a metal sheet bending process. Spiral tubes are manufactured from a spiral seam of thin metal strips, and because there is no welding, there is no water leakage or penetration. This equipment is suitable for air transport applications, the use of traditional ductile tubes (e.g., hand-seamed tubes), and air ducts or straight tubes without complex mechanisms.
1) Air includes ventilation such as supply air and exhaust air, and its scope is very wide, such as factory workshops and production sites where exhaust is required due to outside air or harmful gases, or where it needs to be moved outside using a hood. In such cases, large-scale, low-pressure air pipelines must be used. For optimal spiral pipes, galvanized steel pipes are used, and stainless steel pipes, which are corrosion-resistant and moisture-resistant, are generally employed.
2) To supply cold air, insulation must be added to the most common air conditioning pipes along this pipeline.
3). In places like restaurant and hotel kitchens, there is a lot of smoke, which needs to be exhausted through round pipes called chimneys; however, here, spiral pipes are referred to as smoke exhaust ducts.
4) Dust removal: Many factories generate a large amount of dust, requiring the use of special dust removal equipment, but spiral pipes can be used when the air flow rate is high.
5) In some factories and production processes, for the transportation of large quantities of materials, it is necessary to transport loose particles, especially small-sized ones such as foamed plastic particles, and their low-cost use yields good results.
