The various concrete pipe products that can be manufactured are as follows:
Pressurized pipe press models PR01, PR03
○ Conduit pipes, drainage pipes, and bell-mouth pipes with lengths of 1m (PRO1) and 2.5m (PR03), and internal diameters from 20cm to 160cm can be manufactured.
○ In addition to various manholes, non-reinforced concrete pipes and reinforced concrete pipes for both 2nd and 3rd floors can be manufactured in accordance with TIS standards. This includes processes using an automated system to spread cement, level cement, compress pipes, and remove molds. This beautifies the manufactured pipes.
○ Precisely determines the pipe height. Pipes meet quality standards. No cement waste comes out of the machine. Additionally, a forklift can remove pipes from the compression head immediately after compression is complete, leading to labor savings.
○ Square concrete pipes (box culverts) can be manufactured from 30x30cm. Sizes up to 150x150cm.
