「MAC」は、カルシウムソープを主成分とする金属石鹸系潤滑剤であり、伸線工程における鋼線の加工効率と製品品質を向上させます。伸線加工では、金属線に強い引張応力がかかるため、摩擦や発熱が問題となりますが、「MAC」はその高い潤滑性によりこれらの課題を効果的に解決します。特に鋼線の伸線工程において安定した性能を発揮し、連続加工にも対応する潤滑剤です。
