Long-stroke compatible, high-speed, high-power new technology linear motion unit

This is a high-speed, high-power linear drive unit that applies a proprietary rotary mechanism. With a rolling transmission drive utilizing high-rigidity rollers, it can also be used for high-speed transfer of heavy objects such as robots. Even for long-stroke specifications, which are difficult to achieve with other equipment, it can be easily realized simply by connecting rails. Furthermore, since the drive rail and servo motor are arranged coaxially, space saving can be achieved, and it also boasts excellent load balance. All pallet lifting/lowering and 180° rotation are performed by a cam mechanism, and by using a single drive source, smooth operation is possible, leading to energy savings.

By positioning the drive motor on the travel axis, dead space does not occur unlike with other mechanisms. The entire device can be made compact.
