Bizerba FW-N 32/98 Optimal for production environments
The FW-N 32/98 minces raw meat, cooked meat, and smoked meat. It can also mince marbled meat, bacon, offal, skin, and vegetables.
For Bizerba, mincing means finely cutting the meat, not crushing it. The FW-N 32/98 produces a loose and fluffy volume. The mixture retains its red color due to increased oxygen enrichment. Perfect results are achieved in food processing facilities, and the machine can be cleaned quickly and efficiently.
With a processing capacity of up to 1100 kg/h, the FW-N 32/98 is the optimal solution for preparation rooms, large kitchens, or as a manual solution for production.
