Roller conveyor shaft repair Ayutthaya
This is a repair of a roller conveyor shaft.
A gap had formed between the shaft section and the bearing, causing them to rub against each other and wear down.
Since there was a slender remaining shaft section, the worn shaft part was removed by cutting it with a sawing machine.
To easily determine the length of the shaft part, a spigot joint was added to the cut roller conveyor, and a hole for inserting the shaft part was machined. The mating shaft part was also manufactured simultaneously.
After welding, unnecessary parts were ground off, and processing was completed within the same day.
Normally, this type of project, including material ordering and welding, would require approximately 3 days of work, but we strive to accommodate urgent repair requests as much as possible.
