■ Overview
The AF series is a robot arm series available in a wide range of types, from small to large, and especially in the medium and large types, work efficiency and functionality have been significantly improved. By routing hoses inside the arm, it reduces interference in the workspace and prevents defects caused by debris. Furthermore, compared to previous models, the payload capacity has increased by 20%, making it easier to install two-component mixing devices and color change valves.
■ Features
Built-in Hose Arm: For medium and large types, hoses that would interfere with operations are routed inside the arm. Options include φ40mm and φ70mm.
Improved Payload Capacity: Payload capacity increased by 20% compared to previous models, and up to 20kg can be mounted on the upper arm.
Significantly Increased Memory Capacity and High-Speed Processing: The built-in IC memory is 4MB, approximately four times that of previous models. High-speed CF cards are used for auxiliary storage.
Adoption of Explosion-Proof Teach Pendant: Teaching is possible even within explosion-proof areas. The Kanji display monitor improves readability.
