The SUNAC series is a multi-functional control system aimed at improving the efficiency and quality of painting lines. It achieves significant improvements in operability through intuitive touch panel operation and a remote control option using a tablet. It is equipped with advanced functions specialized for painting operations, such as an automatic tracking function for conveyor speed changes and a metal bridge avoidance function. Through monitoring functions for operating hours and operational status, it also greatly enhances the precision of production management.

Enhanced production management precision with various monitoring functions: Monitors operating hours, condition changes, anomaly occurrences, and other operational statuses, and saves history.
Independent control of two left/right reciprocators: Reduces paint consumption and significantly improves production efficiency.

SUNAC2000EX: For lines with significantly varying workpiece shapes.
SUNAC4000EX: For lines where workpieces with random shapes and large spaces flow.
SUNAC5000EX: For lines with random shapes, large spaces, and significantly varying workpiece shapes per lot.
